Project Overview

Kilmore was engaged to construct and install one oversized SER building. The structure was broken into three modules for delivery to the Swanbourne Station. Kilmore was responsible for the design, fabrication, transportation and installation of these modules.

Works included:

• a methodology, engineering calculations and design shop drawings
• a lifting plan
• the design and installation of a structural steel frame
• interlocking wall cladding
• steel stud wall with sarking
• insulated and fire rated specifications (flooring, roofing and walls)
• prefabrication at our Osborne Park facility
• transportation via three truck flatbeds
• installation via cranage.
