Works included:

• plumbing and electrical service disconnection
• existing waterproofing removal
• drain replacement
• Butynol Sheet Membrane and Liquid Membrane installations
• noise and dust mitigation methodology implementation
• stakeholder and occupant management.

We completed all works in an active residential apartment block. The project requirements included gaining access to tenants’ courtyards to complete works.
