Project Overview
The project involved a three stage refurbishment of existing basement spaces within Forrest Chase in Perth’s CBD. The project scope included the complete demolition of existing tenancy fit-outs, remedial works to the concrete slab and the installation of new services and finishes to prepare the space for future occupancy.
