Project Overview
Kilmore Group was engaged by Vicinity Centres to undertake this recladding project. This focused on the comprehensive remediation and replacement of the existing façade on the ACE Cinemas building within the Midland Gate Shopping Centre.
Works included:
- removal of existing façade system
- new panel installation
- HSEQ management
- weekly look ahead schedules
- progress reports
- noise and dust mitigation management plan implementation.
Traffic, stakeholder and communication management plans were essential components of the safe delivery of this project. Due to the disruptive nature of the works, staging and project lookahead schedules were regularly submitted to the property manager to inform surrounding businesses of potential noise and access disruptions during operating hours.
