Project Overview

Kilmore Group was engaged to remove and replace the non-compliant façade system in the centre of Fremantle. The scope included remediation to the existing metalwork and structural steel. Working in close proximity to tenants required detailed planning and obtaining permits from the City of Fremantle to minimise disruption and coordinate the works.

Works included:

weekly look ahead schedules
traffic and pedestrian management
noise and dust mitigation management plan implementation.

Traffic management and road closures were required as part of the works. It was crucial to manage the impact this would have on local residents through the traffic management and communication management plans. Regular updates and transparency with residents and businesses affected was essential.
