Project Overview
Kilmore Group was engaged to complete refurbishments to the inside and exterior of the sports complex. Engaged by the City of Rockingham, our scope of work involved upgrades to the two sports buildings and the netball club rooms.
Works included:
- spherical survey of the site
- demolition of system
- design, fabrication and installation of new façade system
- secondary steel
- upgrades to hydraulics, heating, mechanical and electrical
- removal and replacement of existing roofing
- repainting the exterior
- access engineering and implementation
- live site management as the complex remained open during works.
