Project Overview
Kilmore Group was engaged to design, construct and commission new changerooms at Wells Recreational Park. Delivered in collaboration with Timberbuilt Australia, the largely prefabricated timber structure now provides quality facilities for both men's and women's local sporting clubs.
Works included:
- demolition of the existing pavilion and shed
- survey, site works, excavation and backfill
- design, supply, construction and commissioning of the building
- prefabricated LVL timber structure
- four universal access changing rooms
- 2 storage rooms
- toilets and showers.
