At Kilmore Group, our people are the heartbeat of our organisation – and their well-being is our priority. We’re thrilled to announce our latest initiative in this journey; the rollout of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in collaboration with Pace National. By implementing this program, we aim to create a supportive and thriving workplace for all of our team members.

“At Kilmore Group, well-being is our priority. We believe that a supportive work environment enhances our collective success and growth. The EAP is here to provide assistance, guidance and a helping hand wherever it’s needed,” said Steven Walters Kilmore Group’s Health, Safety Environment and Quality Manager.

The introduction of the EAP marks a significant milestone in our ongoing mission to preserve and improve our employees’ physical and mental health. Whether it’s personal or professional challenges, the EAP offers 24/7 confidential resources and services for:

  • stress
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • grief
  • coping with change
  • trauma support
  • workplace and career issues.

The journey to this milestone was recently celebrated with a morning tea, a symbol of the environment we strive to create. This program and our morning tea gathering are reflective of our core values, emphasising the importance of team synergy and communication.

As we move forward, Kilmore Group remains committed to maintaining a culture of care and support. Our EAP will ensure we have the right guidance to provide a great environment for all employees.
