Job Type: Full-Time On-site

Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis in Osborne Park. A practical background will be highly beneficial, with a key focus on client liaison and main duties will include:

• Identifying and following up relevant tender and job opportunities for new work.
• Liaising with contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Reviewing incoming tenders and estimating.
• Preparing tender submissions.
• Developing competitive tenders and quotes.
• Managing tender documentation, budgets and reviewing contracts.

Skills Required to Fill the Role:

• Demonstrated experience within a similar sector.
• Ability to build rapport with existing customers and bring new opportunities.
• Strong negotiation/communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• High attention to detail and a keen eye for error.
• Exquisite math and IT ability with an analytical mindset.
