Project Overview
9 Dehli Street required demolition and the removal of concrete, decking and decorative features surrounding a pool, spa and planter box area at the strata apartment building in West Perth. The project also required the installation of a Butynol Sheet Membrane and liquid Membrane.
Works included:
- plumbing and electrical service disconnection
- existing waterproofing removal
- drain replacement
- Butynol Sheet Membrane and Liquid Membrane installations
- noise and dust mitigation methodology implementation
- stakeholder and occupant management.
We completed all works in an active residential apartment block. The project requirements included gaining access to tenants’ courtyards to complete works.
