Project Overview
Kilmore Group was engaged to remove and replace the non-compliant façade system at 200 St Georges Terrace and 565 Hay Street in the heart of the Perth CBD. Working closely with Beck Advisory and Perth Diocesean Trustees, this project required detailed planning and weekly lookahead schedules.
Works included:
- removal of existing façade system
- new panel installation
- HSEQ management planning and implementation
- City of Perth permit obtainment
- traffic management
- occupant management and liaising.
staging and access planning was crucial as a high-profile restaurant on the ground floor of 200 St Georges Terrace remained operational throughout the project.
