Project Overview
Kilmore Group was engaged to conduct the concrete remedial works and expansion joint repair at Cottesloe Shopping Centre.
Works included:
- demolition works
- 200m2 of concrete patching and repairing inclusive of floors, walls and soffits
- epoxy resin base application
- rubber waterproof membrane installation
- sealing using Adesilex PG4 adhesive
- noise and dust mitigation methodology implementation
- stakeholder and occupant management
- HSEQ planning
- bump hat PPE
- structural repairs.
