Kilmore Group was engaged to rectify the existing concrete structural support bracing and waterproof the cooling towers at Allendale Square Perth.
Works included:
- removal of the delaminated concrete
- repair to the existing substrate
- two coat polyurethane waterproofing system application over the concrete substrate
- noise and dust mitigation management plan implementation.
