Project Overview
Kilmore Group was engaged to install approximately 4500lm of carbon fibre strips at Ocean Keys Shopping Centre in Clarkson. The scope was to strengthen the structure installing the fibre strips in the basement soffit and first floor concrete slab.
Works Included:
- concrete cutting, grinding and jackhammer works
- carbon fibre mats to be installed over the drop panel zone on top of the suspended slab
- installation of carbon fibre strips to the selected areas
- noise and dust mitigation methodology implementation
- tenant management
- disruption mitigation.
